What is a Pallet Shuttle or Pallet Runner?

A Pallet Shuttle is a type of racking that is used for storing pallets densely.

Like drive-in ranking, the pallet is suspended from the edges on a rail. But unlike drive-in ranking, the pallet is brought to the face of the racking for drop off and retrieval by a forklift using a shuttle (someitmes called a runner or radioshuttle).

There are three types marketed in the US:

The PalletShuttle by Automha
The PalletRunner by Konstant
The BT RadioShuttle by EAB
The PalletMole by Frazier Racking
